In this episode my guest is Warren Brush, a Permaculture teacher and designer who, along with his wife, operates Quail Springs in California as a demonstration site and education center. His experiences and connection in the permaculture community. However, however, this time around it is not his travels that we speak about.
Rather, after an introduction and discussion of his background, which includes taking his PDC with Bill Mollison, we spend the bulk of our time together talking about opportunities and models for making permaculture profitable by moving beyond the backyards and byways to broadscale agriculture, financed by community and slow money investment.

Hands down the BEST permaculture podcasts out there right now. I’m so happy to have found you! What a breath of fresh air after having to sit through the terribly vulgar and long winded podcasts from a very popular permaculture podcaster and forum owner. I seriously thought I would have to just start an amateur station myself to give listeners another option from that garbage. Truly, this podcast channel has helped me sooooo much in my journey down the permaculture path. All of your interviews have been spot on exactly the things I’ve been wondering and have filled the gaps and answered my questions (I’m looking into buying a sizable piece of land and homesteading of course). Keep up your marvelous and impactful work and let us listeners know how to support you and your efforts!
